Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a refund, depending on the reason for cancellation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.

Weather conditions can be unpredictable and cannot always be guaranteed in advance.

If weather conditions are not suitable for the activity, the activity may be rescheduled to another available date.

Rescheduling due to bad weather is limited to one time.

Any eligible refund will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Refund processing time may depend on the payment method used.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
