By making a booking with Adventure Bali Tour, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Please provide accurate information when making your booking, including your name, number of participants, activity date, pickup location, hotel details, and contact information.
2. Payment
Payment details will be confirmed during the booking process. The available payment methods may include online payment, bank transfer, Wise, or cash depending on the booking arrangement.
Any remaining payment, if applicable, must be completed according to the payment arrangement confirmed with Adventure Bali Tour.
3. Activity & Safety
Mount Batur trekking is an outdoor activity that involves walking on uneven, rocky, and sometimes slippery terrain.
- Guests should follow the instructions of the local guide.
- Guests should wear comfortable shoes suitable for trekking.
- Guests should bring sufficient drinking water and personal necessities.
- Guests are responsible for informing the guide about any relevant physical limitations.
- The guide may adjust the activity when necessary for safety reasons.
4. Pickup & Transportation
Transportation is available for selected tour packages. Additional transportation fees may apply depending on the pickup location.

5. Changes & Rescheduling
Changes to the booking should be communicated as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may depend on weather, transportation, and operational conditions.
In case of unsuitable weather conditions, the activity may be rescheduled to another available date according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation & Refund

7. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. Adventure Bali Tour is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
8. Pickup Information
Guests are responsible for providing correct hotel or pickup information. Please be ready at the agreed pickup time.
Delays caused by incorrect pickup information or guests not being ready at the agreed time may affect the tour schedule.
9. Agreement
By booking a tour with Adventure Bali Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Adventure Bali Tour reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the tour arrangements when necessary for safety, weather, operational, or other unavoidable circumstances.
